12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.

13 Return, O LORD, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.

14 O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.

15 Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.

Prayer: Open Heavens 3 July 2026 Friday Daily Devotional

1 Lord, please help the elders around me to flourish mentally, physically, and spiritually, even in their old age. May they not be victims of ailments in their old age, in Jesus’ name.

2 Father, let the fire for Your kingdom keep burning in the lives of the elders in my church. May they continue to bear fruits in Your kingdom, in Jesus’

3 Lord, please continue to shower the elders around me with Your wisdom so they can lead the younger ones in the right way.

4 Father, I thank You for the elders in my family, church, and community. Thank You for Your protection, provision, guidance, and blessings in their lives.

5 Lord, please surround all the elders around me with Your peace. Let sorrow and anxiety be far from them, in Jesus’ name.

6 Lord, I pray that the elders in my family, church, and community will fulfill the number of their days. May their lives not be cut off before their time, in Jesus’ name.

7 Father, please let all the elders around me experience Your ever-abiding presence in deeper ways as they age, in Jesus’ name.

8 Father, please let the elders around me be surrounded with love and compassion. Let none of them lack care and support in their old age, in Jesus’ name.

9 Father, please stretch out Your healing hands towards any elder who is sick. Restore their health speedily, in Jesus’ name.

10. Father, please surround every elderly person grieving the loss of a loved one with Your overwhelming comfort. Let them experience Your joy and peace that passes all understanding, in Jesus’ name.

11. Lord, please save the souls of every elderly person yet to know you and restore those who may have backslidden to You before they leave the earth, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer Points Open Heavens 3 July 2026 – Prayers for Elders

1. Father, I thank You for the gift of elders in my life—my parents, grandparents, spiritual fathers, and leaders. Thank You for their wisdom, sacrifice, and the legacy they have built, in Jesus’ name.

2. Lord, I ask for mercy for every time I have taken the elders in my life for granted, failed to honor them, or neglected to pray for them, in Jesus’ name.

3. Father, please help the elders around me to flourish mentally, physically, and spiritually, even in their old age. May they not be victims of ailments, in Jesus’ name.

4. Lord, let the fire for Your kingdom keep burning in the lives of the elders in my church. May they continue to bear fruits in Your kingdom and not become weary in well-doing, in Jesus’ name.

5. Father, please continue to shower the elders around me with Your wisdom so they can lead the younger ones in the right way, in Jesus’ name.

6. Lord, thank You for Your protection, provision, guidance, and blessings in the lives of the elders in my family, church, and community, in Jesus’ name.

7. Father, surround all the elders around me with Your peace. Let sorrow and anxiety be far from them, and let them rest in Your perfect peace, in Jesus’ name.

8. Lord, I pray that the elders in my family, church, and community will fulfill the number of their days. May their lives not be cut off before their time, and may they see their children’s children, in Jesus’ name.

9. Father, stretch out Your healing hands towards any elder who is sick. Restore their health speedily and let them testify of Your goodness, in Jesus’ name.

10. Lord, surround every elderly person grieving the loss of a loved one with Your overwhelming comfort. Let them experience Your joy and peace that passes all understanding, in Jesus’ name.

11. Father, save the souls of every elderly person yet to know You, and restore those who may have backslidden before they leave the earth, in Jesus’ name.

12. Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers for the elders. We believe You are preserving them, strengthening them, and using them mightily for Your glory, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
